Description
The Fourth Global Forum--Discovering Flourishing Enterprise: The Key to Great Performance will be held Wednesday, June 14 starting at 8:00 am and concluding on Friday, June 16 at 1:00 pm. A limited number of spots are available, so early registration is encouraged.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations or requests for refunds must be received in writing. To cancel a registration, please e-mail Jenni Baker at jxb73@case.edu and include “Flourish & Prosper Cancellation” in the subject line. Cancellations made prior to March 31, 2017 will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received between April 1 and May 31, 2017 will receive a 50% refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made after May 31, 2017 are non-refundable.
You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost by providing written confirmation of the transfer. To transfer a registration, please e-mail Jenni Baker at jxb73@case.edu.
